The next Constitutional Amendment we need

If our Constitution is being changed and the potential contributors are not subject to it, they may not be contributors. Therefore my suggested wording:

Only a human person who is eligible to pay taxes as a resident in the State of California is allowed to participate financially in any form of election activity in the State. Neither campaigns nor residents nor PACs may accept donations on behalf of any ineligible entity.

I'll also allow employers who have more of their US-based employees in California than in any other location(s) in the US.
