Is anyone working on overturning Proposition 9? This bill will have disastrous results on the lives on people in the worst position of all. They're in prison, they've done their time and they can't get parole hearings for ten extra years?
I don't live in California so I am not getting any information about this. Perhaps it will be found unconstitutional? Perhaps SOMEONE is trying to change it?

| 1. I agree. It's a horrible prop and I can't figure out why it passed |
|
I'm sure the prision industry was behind it. It will cost CA a lot of money to enforce.
