2. Out of context...Arnie didn't say he was enjoying the budget crisis.

He was talking about how much he enjoys a difficult challenge.

I was very impressed by the way he has come around on environmental issues and going directly and very publicly against Bush administration policies. If there can be such a thing as a good republican, he is one of the good ones.
