I am the appellant to a decision made by a California Alcoholic Beverage Control administrative law judge. I need help writing a brief and someone to argue before the ABC Appeals Board July 2 in San Francisco. It is an issue of local control, lack of local zoning laws and the fact that a sheriff can write an exception to a law (state imposed moratorium.) General corruption of government and a compromised ABC (supported by alcohol sellers and sales) are also involved. The community will fund raise to pay legal expenses.

when i was looking for help for immigrating my wife (long story) I did a search for free legal help. I'll see if i can find any of those old emails. also if you look under the yellow pages under legal, i think you should be able to find a few free legal services in the area. good luck!

the San Francisco Bar Association. Some lawyers have told me that the hearing is better without a lawyer. But we lost the last one. Our adversary had one.

He is charging $5,000 and will file the brief and argue at the Alcoholic Beverage Control Appeals hearing. I am going to coordinate the sales of 500 raffle tickets at $10 each.
