2. Actually, I'm in Barbara Lee's district but

haven't heard about hers yet (nothing on her website either).

I'm thinking of driving over to Alameda too - just to see if the same rabble will be there. God help them if they regurgitate any of their lies about UK or Canadian Health care - I spent the first 28 years of my life in London and all my family are still there. My husband is from Canada and we know both systems inside and out. I am armed (with the truth) and ready to explode!

3. Congressman Miller had a last minute town hall meeting

in the East Bay on Monday night but it was too last minute and I was unable to attend. Anybody here make it?

4. I'm going to try to make the Fremont one.

But I'm also helping my little sister get ready to get married in one week, so time is TIGHT! :)

5. I was listening to NPR tonight on the way home and they

were saying the a lot of Republican Congressman in the state of Washington weren't showing up to these town hall meetings or they were holding private meetings.

Is that happening anywhere here?

I've not heard of any Republicans doing town hall meetings here.
