Someone explain to me...
Why again hasn't the state legislature overriden Ahnold's veto of the public option health insurance bills that have made it to his desk?

In a state where Dems majorly control both houses. What?!!

2. Veto overrides require two-thirds vote majority....Repubs can block it
just as they block budget bills and tax increases which also require a two-thirds vote.
