Animal abuse case - looking for suspect

Warning to the tender-hearted, this is hard to read but please do - police are looking for any info leading to the arrest of the suspect. I know it's a long shot since there's no description of the suspect at this time but I still wanted to send this out to make folks aware. (Note: the puppy is not being networked for adoption yet.)
