1. It happened at this one petrol station in Benicia for about

6 weeks. People kept reporting it but the authorities nor the station would do anything about it. There was this one persistent customer who was finally about to get the credit card fraud people to contact Benicia/Vallejo police about it.

I hear it's happening up and down the state.
