I'll send this thread to her and I'm sure she'll have information for you over the weekend.

The Underground contains some high-quality human beings.
Seriously, let me know, I'll show up too.

The California Democratic Party
Scroll down a bit for local clubs, with their websites and contact information.
On Edit: Additional notes from my friend in Sac:
(1) The Elk Grove club is still struggling to get started.
(2) Town and Country is in jeopardy of collapsing due to membership numbers, a need to bring in some fresh blood, and someone willing to take a leadership role. I'm not sure what their fate is going to be.
(3) Most of the clubs include members from Placer and/or Yolo counties.

| 6. All the groups are struggling. There used to be a strong group |

in Lodi. But so many started dying off-my father included. The younger generation just doesn't do groups the way our parents did.

| 8. Sorry I didn't see your question sooner. |

I really don't have any further local information right now. I don't even live in the area, but my daughter and another friend do. I'll ask them if they have any other information, but I wouldn't count on it.
For the Elk Grove meeting location, it would be best to email the contact person on the list.

solidarity with Wisconsin in Sacramento at 5:30 PM on February 22, Tuesday. I assume it will be mostly Democrats. I wish I could go but I have to work the next day and couldn't make it back at a reasonable hour.
