...a Durable Power of Attorney to be sure our intentions are followed. But this is a start. --- Your welcome.

3. You need to designate a proxy for you in writing:

an article last week (USATODAY), I think emphasized that legal designation of your proxy is more important than the living will or anything else, since, as seen here, family members can choose to disregard your wishes, so designation or your representative is paramount.
