Colorado bills 198 and 206 await Ownes' signature

I heard on radio that Governor Owens isn't for these bills because of their related cost - yeah right. Please contact his office and "urge" him to sign them to get voter verified paper records in Colorado. These records would be auditable by the elector before we cast our votes and can be used for manual audits and recounts.

1. Someone called Jay Marvin about these this mornng

The caller said he called the Gov's office and was told that Owens signed SB 198. That only goes into effect after the next presidential election.

I checked the status sheets on the net and there isn't any new info on the bills.

The caller said he called the Gov's office and was told that Owens signed SB 198 - Conduct of elections. That only goes into effect after the next presidential election.

I checked the status sheets on the net and there isn't any new info on the bills.
