Anyone notice an increasing right-wing slant

in the News Journal's "Our View" columns? Like today's criticizing France for criticizing our "cowboy" ways. There have been others recently that make me wonder if something is up there.

I really think it swings back/forth though. Very few "balanced" days, but I've seen some policy/admin bashing :) also. Just wish there were more of those non-koolaid drinking people out there.

2. Yeah, I have noticed that too

I should write more letters - I haven't done so in awhile. It use to be pretty moderate to liberal but one day a week they'd let the fundies have the section. But it seems to be filled with a ton of holy rollers filling the paper.

4. This is Bullshit - today (11-16) LTTEs

We have one letter saying all trade unions should be banned

Second letter says that we need to get rid of all sexually suggestive materials on TV

Third letter that bitches that there is a liberal bias with the media and that if we don't continue with this war than life as we know it will cease to exist (It's not about keeping score with body counts :wow: )

And finally a letter from someone who has no clue that it actually cost the state MORE money to put someone to death because of all the court cases, hearings, psych evaluations etc that go into each person on death row.

UGH what's going on with the News Journal!!
