John Kerry is coming to Palm Beach County this Wednesday, September 22. He will be speaking at a PUBLIC RALLY at the Convention Center about 1 p.m. Doors will open at 11:30 and you need to arrive between 11:30 and Noon to be cleared through Secret Service security.

The event is open to the public but YOU WILL NEED A TICKET to be admitted.

He's also going to be in Iowa later in the day. That's good, we need a President who's not afraid of the public and hard work.

I called Broward headquarters but they said I had to go to Palm Beach and you had the address already for me! Was at the Jog Road ofc. about 1:30 and they announced they were going to have a bus for the older folks. Very cool since it's kind of a haul from there. Even better was they said I was not old enough, but they would take me to be the cheerleader.

But am going from Broward and taking my neighbor whose sister saw Kerry in Columbus. She called from the Ohio rally while we were in the middle of hurricane torture prep and we were in the living room jumping up and down cheering with all the Ohio supporters. The sister was not particularly political before and only went because it was at her office building. She is now a huge activist and listens to AAR. I can't help but think that even tho TV doesn't cover it, the enthusiasm from the tens of thousands just has to spill over to many many more!

I will look for you, I think I would still recognize you. The one with the Kerry/Edwards button, right? Just kidding but do hope to run into you. Thanks again for the heads up.
