Help - Need Website To Look Up Donors

not opensecrets, that only lists large donors and doesn't go into local races.

I think this is a site through a government office where you can put in local candidates (state house, etc) and look up every donation they have received within a certain time period (even like $5)

Does anyone know what I mean or what the address is?
