| question about proposed GA constitutional amendment |
|
Can any of you GA DUers explain the proposed GA constitutional amendment regarding the (state?) Supreme Court answering questions of law from federal courts? I have no idea what this about and why it's on the ballot. I want to vote early, but I need to get more information on this item. Thanks.
