It hangs my machine up frequently and I (for now, at least) have a smooth-running machine. CNN's maps say 99%: http://www.cnn.com/ELECTION/2008/results/individual/#mapPGA |

It seems like there used to be information there on local races such as the county commission, school boards, etc. If it's there it is not easily found.
