Last night, the news guy said that instead of a 72% rate hike, we would see 15% this year and 16% hikes next year... But, to get those rates, we would have to get some kind of deferral. Plus, the whole thing would go into effect in the summer of 2007 (72% hike).
Did I understand that correctly? I was in the kitchen when the news was on. It sounded like we would all have to pay the 72%, even after we defer payment.

Either take the 72% in the beginning, or take the lower hikes plus a $15/monthly fee each month to borrow the money to pay for the increase. Either way, you will be paying for the increase.
