Who is going to run against Tom Latham in Iowa's 4th district?

Who is going to run against Tom Latham in Iowa's 4th district?
Dickinson, Braley, maybe Gluba look like they are running for the open seat in the 1st district. Loebsak is likely to run against Leach in the 2nd district. Boswell will probably run again in the 3rd district. But I have not heard anything about who might run in the 4th district against Latham.

Anyone know any rumors about the 4th district?

I also think Gronstal should run against King in the 5th district instead of running for Governor.
