Before I forget

1. See Congressional Budget Office, The Budget and Economic Outlook: An Update, July 2000. CBO also projected that surpluses in the Social Security trust funds would total $2.4 trillion over the 2001-2010 period
I think this might be the budget that said bush was over even without Iraq and 911 but I don't have time to look at it right. I wanted to put it out there so if someone had time they could check into it.
