We have really been waylaid by something

One of our mentees had pneumonia. I am not sure that is what I had. Since my deductible is so high and office calls are so expensive, and who knows what tests will be taken to cover their asses, we decided to wait it out. Still trying to figure out what the 'go to the doctor' bell is going to be. It hasn't rung yet.
Just in case anyone wonders why health care is such a big issue with me. I remember when I could go to the doctor and not worry about losing the house.
But some one does care about me. I had to postpone but monthly blood letting - er - donation. The blood bank called a couple days later to see how I was doing and to remind me to schedule an appointment as quickly as I could.

Well I have some things to post to catch up on here, so I will hog the board for a few minutes.
