Can I get a status report on I-10?

We have some friends coming from Alabama and we want to see how the stretch of I-10 in Louisiana and east Texas held up after Katrina and Rita -- anyone know what traveling on I-10 is like?

1. Geoff, just saw your thread . Your friends are probably in but...

I've got a link for you in case you need information like this in the future. Go to www.lsp.org/roadandincident.nsf and you should be able to click on the roads closed in various areas across the state. Just the lsp.org site is a good one to have bookmarked.
