New Orleans Public Schools - Coupons?

I want to know if any of the New Orleans Public Schools that were affected by Katrina can use Campbell Soup Labels for their schools? Also the school help labels off Cheerios and other cereal boxes from that company. I know we use them for schools here in the north to buy equipment etc. DU has a lot of people and if we all had a place to send these types of coupons I bet we could make a difference.

We used to collect coffee labels and Albertson cash receipts,but I don't know if they still do that.
I will check with some people at work or make some calls Monday.
