if they don't get a grip on this crime crap, no one decent is going to stay, it's gotten completely out of hand

i saw in the paper sunday in the real estate story about how all of the stories of how developers were going to buy up neighborhoods and develop them turned out to be bullshit, no one who is a big investor wants to put any money here and we all know the reason is the ridiculous crime and corruption
