The Post Katrina Economic Development Summit, hosted by the National Community Development Organization, (a nonprofit minority owned organization) will be held June 5-8 2007, in New Orleans, Louisiana at the Morial Convention Center. The theme of this summit is “The Business of Rebuilding the Gulf Coast”. This Summit is designed to bring together decision makers and power players to identify workable solutions to the most salient issues facing the gulf coast recovery effort and to provide access to procurement opportunities for small, minority, veteran and women owned business enterprises.
