1. Depends on a runoff.

With LA's open primary system, everything right now hinges on whether or nor Jindal gets more than 50% of the vote this weekend. If he doesn't, then its a race between him and whoever is #2. If you assume that everybody divided between the lower candidates are really just votes against Jindal, then the person at #2 has a good chance.

The last poll I saw had Walter Boasso at #2.
