or you've changed your address, don't forget that they have to receive your hard copy (you can't register online) voter registration form by 9 p.m., 21 days before the election, you won't be able to vote.

Also, it's a good idea to take a recent utility bill (with your name and address on it) when you vote if you don't have a Maryland driver's license, social security card, or your voter registration card.
