Why are the MD democrats playing right into the GOP's hand?

Mike Busch is alieniating many voters by opposing slots. KKT was obnoxious has hell. Martin O'Malley is presiding over the worst school system in the state. Mikulski is not answering Pipkin's ads---why aren't they doing better
