It looks like they're calling for rain on Tuesday - will that be an advantage for the Dems?

I can't remember what the conventional wisdom is regarding voter turnout if the weather is bad (i.e. if that bodes well for Democrats or Republicans).

Any thoughts?

3. Rain is late in the day I believe. Most of the people off work will likely

vote in the morning and early afternoon and only the people on the way home from work will vote when it is raining. They are out already so it should not be any disincentive.
