Need a speaker on impeachment

I am trying to convince the Waltham Democratic City Committee to adopt a resolution calling for Congressman Markey to introduce or sponsor Articles of Impeachment for B*sh and Ch*ney. The Chairman is willing to introduce the resolution, and I'm confident that it would pass, but he wants to line up a speaker for the meeting when we would consider the resolution. Ideally, the speaker should be a person with professional credentials, (Constitutional scholar, prominent lawyer or lawmaker, etc.).

Can anybody help me find someone?
