PRELIM ELECTION FOR SOMERVILLE CANDIDATES TO BE HELD APRIL 10; GENERAL ELECTION ON MAY 15
Marty Martinez, running for Alderman at Large in Somerville, celebrated the endorsements of state Sen. Pat Jehlen, state Rep. Denise Provost, and the Boston National Organization for Women (NOW) PAC on Tuesday, March 13 at the Somerville Museum.
Boston NOW PAC co-presidents Emily Hall and Megan Campbell strongly endorsed Marty because of his background, experience, and vision for Somerville, they said.

We are impressed with his years of experience working on expanding affordable housing, advocating for the Green Line expansion, and developing important programs to support youth and teens in the city."
As Alderman at Large, said Martinez, he would use his work experience with the city and non-profit organizations to help youth succeed, create a more affordable community for Somerville families, and make government more open and responsive to all.
