Masco Corp. Buys Brockton Industrial for $4.1M

Private Group Sells 676,000-SF Pearl Street Property for $6 PSF

Casey Brothers Trust acquired 1123 Pearl St. in Brockton from Masco Building Products Corp. for $4.1 million, or approximately $6 per square foot.

The 676,051-square-foot industrial building was built in 1968 on 15.52 acres and is in the Route 24 Industrial submarket.

Mark Stevens of Stevens Resources Inc. and Timothy McDonough of GVA Thompson Doyle Hennessey & Stevens represented the seller. Rick Schuhwerk of Jones Lang LaSalle Inc. represented the buyer.
