BARNSTABLE, Mass. -- A noise complaint in a Barnstable apartment led to a disturbing discovery on Sunday night.
Neighbors rang the doorbell of Harris Taubman to complain about noise, when they were greeted with a shotgun. They called police to report the incident.
Once police arrived at the apartment, they found boxes of child pornography and several weapons Taubman did not have a license for, police said. He was taken into custody.
Taubman was arraigned in Barnstable District Court on Monday and is being held on $50,000 cash bail.
