Last call in Brockton mayor's race
By Maria Papadopoulos, Enterprise staff writer
BROCKTON— Less than two days to Tuesday's election, several drivers honked their horns loudly on Montello Street Sunday afternoon as part of a caravan for mayoral candidate Jass Stewart.

Harrington, who is seeking re-election to his second term, said he planned to make those calls from his home Sunday afternoon.
But “then I'll be watching the Colts and the Patriots at 4:15,” Harrington said, referring to Sunday's three-hour football game.
“It wouldn't be a good idea to call people during the game,” he said.

While Stewart has said his campaign will be “canvassing to the last second,” Harrington called the last stretch of a campaign “anti-climatic.”
