BOSTON -- There's a possible danger for women riding the Red Line of the MBTA.
The Boston Herald reports that subway-stalkers are more likely to attack women on the Red Line than any other MBTA line. The information comes from a review of T police reports over the past two years.
Thirty-five incidents of assault were recorded at stations along the Red Line between 2006 and 2007.
The line is the MBTA's second busiest subway line. According to the Boston Herald, the busiest route, the Green Line, recorded 20 assaults in the past two years.
