We had blue and pink ballots today. But as Ian stated, there are other parties here.
If you were asking about how many parties, perhaps you should have used the word parties.
Last time there was a vote, MA actually was running low on actual ballots in places.

Also, we had ballots for GOP, Dem, Green, and Working Family there.
Working Family ballots were completely blank. No names on them.

I didn't see any Green-Rainbow ballots at my precinct in Montague, but I was in a hurry, so I might not have noticed. They did have several candidates: http://www.sec.state.ma.us/ele/elepres/presorder.htm
