It's across town from the Somerville Theater but the city is only 4 square miles in size. I don't know of any other places in Somerville itself, but it's been about eight years since I lived there.

The board of health forced our landlord to put us up there while our apartment was being repaired. The stay was good. I've definitely had worse hotel experiences.
I think there's only one other hotel in Somerville. I forget it's name but it's relatively new and near Assembly Square.

I'd look in Cambridge instead, only a 10 minute drive away. If you stay near MIT, you can hop on the Red Line to Davis Square (which I'm guessing is where Steve Earle is playing)
