Is Ed O'Reilly (running in Dem primary vs Kerry) for real or not?
His background looks way too thin to be running for Senate.

3. He seems to be basically a protest candidate. No money, no experience. For people who...
want to send Kerry a message in the primary.

That said, it is tempting to send a message.

4. We have one of those here in Maine, too
Our goal is to beat Susan Collins. I can't understand why someone brand new to politics would try to run against a good Democrat in a primary. I guess it gives them a platform - a national one.
