Greetings, quick Insurance question. I'd ask in "Seniors" group
but since states and licenses to deal in various states are different, thought I'd ask in my own back yard.

I was just laid off from a nice job. My job would change and much of the company is moving south. My current job has been dissolved and what I would be required to do to stay with this company is not of any interest to me(nor an I qualified).

The company paid the supplement to Medicare for me in lieu of their share of others employees BC-BS. I know it was a fair amount of money.

I now need to buy a supplement myself and have heard that many are good, some are horrible and some MD offices will not take those from a few companies. Anyone here in MA buy a supplement? I don't mean the drug coverage, I can't afford that and am now, at least, not in need of it.

Ant thoughts are appreciated.
