I went to the Tufts Healthcare presentation this AM. re: Medicare.

I have tried for several months to figure out the various types of coverage a Senior could buy to help pay for what Medicare does not. I have been very confused reading the offerings of various providers. This meeting helped me understand just what I needed to know.

I have looked at BCBS, AARP(UNitedHealthcare) and now Tufts.

Not only did the Rep have all the info I needed, they had several Reps available who sat at tables with us to answer our questions. You could ask anything you wanted, not just about Tufts.

About 40 people attended and most of us seemed very pleased with the presentation.

We all know how we feel about insurance companies but until something better comes along, we are very vulnerable.

I have made my choice. If you go to their website, I think you'll get some good, straightforward information. They are having these meetings all over the state, I think this was the first. You have to sign up to attend so they have enough written information to give everyone.
