Hey. I am a Masshole. I Worked the phones and canvased (in the snow) today for AG Martha - we will survive. Massachusetts is a fine state and we will survive the Dude for Two years. He will impale himself! He has voted 96% with republican. He is not an Independent Republican! That is a voting record I would love to run against! Two years from now he will be given his walking papers! No question.

Two years is a long time, but not to worry, more shit will be hitting the fan during all that time.

We need to wake up & stop being true believers in a failed system, a hijacked system.

2. Well, I for one appreciate your getting off you bum

getting out and canvasing for a tepid candidate. I am thankful for folks like you that get out in the snow and whatever and put you politics where your mouth is (and feet take you).

3. Add me to that thankful list, but unfortunately, under the

current state of our democracy, it isn't enough, though I love the true spirit of democracy and those who live by it.

4. I hope so. I have a feeling they will defeat Deval Patrick, too, though.

And there will be challenges to all our Reps and our state legislators. They've smelled blood in the bluest state in the nation. I hope to heaven some heavy hitters in the DNC are on it.

I think Martha will be fine, it will turn out to be a good learning experience for her as she's said, and i will gladly support her and help her for AG. I think its a learning experience for everyone, and that said... for the short term, I do concur with No Elephants statement that the GOP is like a shark in water now smelling blood.
