this question looks as if the State is trying weigh the possibility of implementing a single payer system in Massachusetts. SO for right now, #4 will be a weather balloon. This is our chance...
Ok... not sure what is going on, but the only place I have found this info was in the JP Gazette. When I look else where, there are only 3 other ballot questions. I'll have to pick up the gazzette and do some research.
