| An idea to address our shrinking population |

We start a campaign to attract all the non-xian refugees from states like MO. http://www.democraticunderground.com/discuss/duboard.php?az=show_mesg&forum=364&topic_id=564412&mesg_id=564412As they continue to introduce and pehraps even pass some of these outragous laws.

so that's how we attract them. Give them some generous "first time buyer" assistance perhaps.
Or simply a very good job placement program for new them. I mean one reason (not the only one I know but one good one) prices are high here is because the jobs pay well.
BTW: This is all just a little tongue in cheek poke at nitwit legislators like the ones who introduced this bill in MO. Although...perhaps there's a kernel of real opportunity here ;)

| 4. Massachusetts is NOT losing population. |
|
Contrary to what corporate media wants you to believe, we are not losing population. Remember folks, the federal government would really love for that to be the case. I am sure that the census is making the numbers up so the we lose congressional representation. The DeLay method of redistricting won't work here, so lets just make it look as if they are losing population. Another idea is that many of the folks who have homes in Florida or elsewhere during the winter are making their new homes their "official" residence for tax purposes. If you live in Mass for six months and Florida for 6 months, maybe it is less expensive to make Florida your "legal" residence. Just some random thoughts.
