Update on Phil Hart dinner -- won't be happening next week after all

My source jumped the gun. I found out tonight that Hillary wasn't totally confirmed and now it's really too late to get it accomplished by next week. Stay tuned. I'll post details once we have a confirmed speaker, Hillary or otherwise, and a new date and location.
