Look for it at your free newsstands. So many great headlines to choose from: "Vacationing Bush Accepts Repub Nomination Via Live Satellite Feed," "Al Jazeera Introduces 'Lighter Side of the News Segment'" Well that made my day!

some of us only have computer access at work. Plus you can read it on the bus. And it will lend great status to my recycling bin every other week.

I'm spoiled, 'cause I've grown up on their print edition. The Web site is just a duplicate of what's in print, which is all right, except it's not structured in a way that lends itself to browsing each issue's content.

I first heard about the Onion when a few friends at UW Madison would bring it home occassionally from college in the early 90s. Maybe it's because I've worked at newspapers before, but I just like the tabloid format.
Sure the electronic version is great, too, but there's something about reading a paper you don't get from a computer screen...
