hey. did condi rice or colin powell address the rnc?

I dont remember hearing about them. You think with all the screen shots of minorities at the rnc, they would strut out powell and rice to cap it off. It suprises me that powell is stumping for bush* being he isnt coming back....or the rumour that he isnt coming back. I guess i thought he would have more respect for himself and what he's accomplished.
