When I go to his page, all it gives his D.C. address and phone number

1. As of today, they don't have a permanent office for

Senator Franken in Minnesota. See this link from Woodbury:

Their permanent office should be opened shortly.

immediately, contact the DC office and they can put you in touch with a staffer in MN in the interim.

4. I'm sure they will. Rumors have it being in the old Federal

Building in downtown St. Paul. Lots of empty space there and it's near the State Capitol.
