Longtime Audubon Park Democratic Leader and former Camden County Freeholder John Kerfoot will turn 90 on August 5th, and top Democratic leaders from throughout South Jersey are expected to honor him at an invitation-only dinner on August 7th at Café Aldo Lamberti in Cherry Hill. Kerfoot served on the Audubon Park School Board from 1959-1963, has been an active Camden County Democratic Committeeman since 1964, served on and off of the Audubon Park Borough Council since 1971, has been a longtime member of the Camden County Municipal Utilities Authority and served a brief stint as a Camden County Freeholder. The bash will be hosted by hosted by former Governor Jim Florio, Congressman Rob Andrews, Assembly Majority Leader Joe Roberts and South Jersey Democratic leader George Norcross. (07/28/05)
