| It's a shame that the NJ 4th won't be a closer election |

I think if the NJ Democratic party did a better job funding and getting the word out on Carol Gay, we could have another really great progressive congresswoman http://citybelt.typepad.com/citybelt/2006/09/meet_the_candid.html

| 5. IIRC last filiing had Gay @100k |

Next week she has a fundraiser at Edison, United Auto Workers event, with Corzine. Mitch is running her campaign, and he knows how to do it, Mitch doesn't spend money unwisely. Carol is probably close 40% now.
Aronsohn is at 33% in NJ5, 2004 Anne Wolfe got 42%. Aronsohn is underperforming by 9%. He blew it, he is going backwards 7 should be drummed out of the state on NOv 8th. He'll spend 1.5 million & lose.
Linda is within the MOE, trending up the whole way. Linda will spend 1.5 million & WIN by 3 to 7%
Carol Gay will break 40%, spending 150,000k
TOm Wyka will break 40%, spending 20k
Sexton and Aronsohn will vanish from NJ Politics after NOv. 8th.
"How does he know all this, about races where no polling is done"..... (hint) ever heard of canvassing door to door?
Menendez wins by 10+%.

I am so angry about Aronsohn, I could just spit, shit or quit.
We coulda won this year, if Aronsohn hadn't told the party mucky-mucks he had the financials in the bag. Have you seen his latest reports on PoliticsNJ? Pathetic.

Some seats are impossible for now, but that doesn't mean they won't be competitive in the future. We have to use this election cycle to make names like Carol Gay better known to the voters and continue to challenge Republican Bush enablers through letters to the editors in local papers and just talking to our neighbors. One precinct, one county, one district at a time, we will succeed because we have staked out the moral high ground in our deeds, not empty rhetoric. If you have a Republican neighbor, help rake their leaves this fall and remind them we're all in this together. The every man for himself approach only serves to weaken us as a community and by extension, a nation.
