Did you receive your sample ballot in time?

Here in Cape May County I did not receive my sample ballot ( neither did my husband or daughter) until the Saturday before the Tuesday election.

We did not receive them until a week *AFTER * the last election.

The local Board of Elections is blaming this problem ( both instances) entirely on the post office.

Please check in here and let us know if this problem is cropping up in any other locations throughout the state.

Somerset County. I never received one. I registered in August at the DMV, and it took about 40 minutes for them to find me (i.e. phone calls). I even called a few days ahead of time since I had not received my voter registration card showing my district.

Is this common in NJ? To not get a voter registration card? I'm from Western New York and always had one.

2. no- it should NOT be common

Determine which county official is responsible for the election board and CALL them tomorrow.
