Are Garrett supporters still spamming households w/ harrasing phone calls?

Two years ago, when I still living in the 5th Congressional district, anonymous Garrett supporters were spamming households with automated -- and, of course, anonymous -- phone messages blasting then Dem candidate Ann Sumers. They were essentially crank calls on a nightly basis.

Just wondering if the same dirty tricks are being played this time around.
